Please submit a servicing ticket first, before attempting to replace the battery yourself. Our servicing team may have tips and resources to help you successfully complete the job. 

Riders Located in BC 

For local riders, please submit a servicing ticket and schedule a servicing drop-off time to obtain an estimate for the battery replacement. 

Riders Located Outside of BC 

Please find a freelance technician in your area through our network. For help in contacting your chosen technician, please submit a service support ticket. The replacement battery may be purchased by yourself or the freelance technician. 

If you plan to ship your vehicel to our servicing team for battery installation, please submit a service ticket first. Our servicing team can give you an estimate for the job.  All riders are responsible for sourcing a shipping box, shipping fee and pick-up / drop-off with the shipping courier.
