Our sales team will advise you on the next steps, such as shipping a replacement to you.
NOTE: Claims typically take 3 to 5 business days. Shipping couriers advise waiting for the claim conclusion since the package could turn up during that wait period. No new replacement order will be shipped out until the conclusion of the claim.
