Lost package, what do I do?

If your tracking number stops updating or the order has been delivered to the wrong address, please contact our sales team. 

> Submit a Order Ticket


We will submit a claim with the shipping courier.


Our sales team will advise you on the next steps, such as shipping a replacement to you. 


NOTE: Claims typically take 3 to 5 business days. Shipping couriers advise waiting for the claim conclusion since the package could turn up during that wait period. No new replacement order will be shipped out until the conclusion of the claim.
