If your electric scooter is in-stock, the servicing team will inspect your scooter before we contact you to schedule a store pick-up or ship it out. Inspection and processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
The tracking information will be updated automatically.
Shipping across Canada and the U.S will typically take 5 to 7 business days. We do not have control over shipping delays as that responsibility solely lies with the shipping couriers.
My order has shipped but the tracking number has stopped updating. What do I do?

What if I placed a pre-order?
All pre-order customers will be updated via email on the shipment status of their electric scooter. As soon as your electric scooter is back in stock, it will automatically be shipped to you.
