If your electric scooter is in-stock, the servicing team will inspect your scooter before we contact you to schedule a store pick-up or ship it out. Orders are fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days and the tracking information will be updated automatically.
All pre-order customers will be updated via email on the shipment status of their electric scooter. As soon as your electric scooter is back in stock, it will automatically be shipped to you.
