Electric Vehicles
We offer free ground shipping within Canada and USA (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands) for all electric vehicle orders.
A shipping surcharge will added to orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and surrounding regions. It is a flat rate of CAD $100 at check-out.
All electric vehicle shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note if your order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs, and re-delivery costs, plus an administrative fee of C$30. We will hold all returned items for one week before re-stocking them.
Electric Scooters excluded from Free Shipping
Due to the size and weight of these scooters, a flat rate shipping surcharge will be added at checkout.

Parts and Accessories
Customers can choose a shipping option upon checkout. Tracking numbers will be updated the same day or the next business day.
How much are the import fees?
Customs duty and taxes are not included in shipping. The amount depends on the shipping destination and item purchased. For our US customers, Urban Machina covers the customs duty for all US shipments (electric vehicles only).
