My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Every order is inspected and packed carefully to ensure it will arrive in one piece but we cannot control how shipping couriers handle shipments. 


If your order arrives damaged, please immediately take photos and video of the box and product inside. 


Send us the media files within 7 business days of receiving your delivery. 

We will file a claim with the shipping courier.

Our team will advise you on next steps, such as shipping replacement parts to you. 


NOTE: Some shipping couriers may require picking up the package for inspection of damage. Please reseal the box and return it to the shipping courier if requested.
