We're excited to introduce to you our official service partner, ProMech BC. Effective 10th April 2023, all servicing jobs in the Metro Vancouver area, including warranty repairs will be handled by ProMech BC.


After years of developing capabilities and knowledge on all our electric scooters in-house, we're sharpening our processes to extend service and repairs to a trusted and certified partner, ProMech BC. We trust their team to provide the same high level of reliable service and support that you've experienced with us over the years.

Do I have to contact ProMech BC?


No, please submit your servicing ticket through our portal, as usual.


What does the new service process look like?


After you submit your servicing ticket:

  1. Our team will forward your ticket to ProMech BC and they will reach out to you for additional info, if needed.

  2. ProMech BC will book you in for a servicing appointment either by email or over the phone. 


Where is ProMech BC located?


They're closer than you think! ProMech BC is located in the same building as our Hybrid Lab. They do not accept walk-ins and will accept vehicles by appointment only.


What are ProMech BC rates?


ProMech BC's special hourly rates for our customers will be C$70/hr. All flat tire repairs are subject to ProMech BC's own rates.


Why should I book with ProMech BC?


As our official service partner, ProMech BC is able to repair the different brands in our fleet. Bonus! Our customers will also enjoy 10% off their service jobs at ProMech BC. 


Can I buy parts from you?


Yes, parts are always available for purchase on our website. All of our customers enjoy 20% off parts. This applies to the original vehicle owner online and in-person.
