Chances are, you have a punctured tube. Replacing the tube on your electric scooter is very much like replacing the tube on a bicycle. We stock inner tubes for all of our electric scooters and they're available for purchase on our website to be shipped to you. If you're comfortable, you can perform the repair on your own using one of our video guides, or make an appointment with your local scooter repair shop or one of our service partners from our technician network.
Most bicycle stores may also be able to replace them, but they probably won't stock the tubes that you need, so remember to purchase them with us first.
