Service Center Update 2024

Dear Urban Riders in British Columbia,


In view of a changing operational landscape and to enhance convenience and service for our riders, we have now partnered with ProMech BC and BC EScooter Service to handle all non-warranty related issues. 


We remain fully stocked on most common spare parts and accessories needed for replacements for EVOLV, VSETT and MUKUTA vehicles. If you have purchased a vehicle directly from us, rest assured that you will continue to enjoy 20% off any parts purchase for the entire period of ownership of your vehicle.


Vehicles Under Warranty
If you have a vehicle that was purchased from us that is still under warranty and are experiencing warranty-related issues, kindly proceed to send us a support ticket as before (there is no change).


Vehicles NOT Under Warranty
If your vehicle is no longer covered under warranty, you may reach out to either ProMech BC or BC EScooter Service directly. 
There is no need to send us a support ticket. Kindly note that we do not determine any third-party labour rates, so we recommend that you verify a repair estimate before proceeding with repairs.


This operational change allows us to better utilize the resources of our repair partners and lets us dedicate more resources toward expediting warranty-related issues, reducing troubleshooting downtime and getting our riders out on the roads with minimal delays.
