Can I pick up in store?

We offer store pick-up for customers located in BC, Canada. Please choose the store pick-up option during check-out.

Electric Vehicle

1. If your electric vehicle is in-stock, it will take 3 to 5 business days for our servicing team to inspect your electric vehicle.

2. Once your electric vehicle is ready for pick-up, our support team will contact you via phone and email to schedule a pick-up time. 

3. Please have your receipt and one piece of ID with you at pick-up.

4. Before you start riding, our support team will give you a brief overview of your electric vehicle.

5. Please remember to bring a helmet, if you're planning to ride home!

Parts or Accessories 

1. Once your order is ready for pick-up, our support team will contact you via phone and email to schedule a pick-up time. 

2. Please have your receipt and one piece of ID with you at pick-up.

3. We will hold your order for 7 business days if no response is confirmed for pick-up.
