Change Address / Redirecting an Order

If your order has not yet been shipped:

Please contact us to change the delivery address. If a tracking number has been created, it will be updated.

If your order has already been shipped: 

We are unable to reroute shipments that have left our warehouse. If your order is returned to us because of a delivery exception, all redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
