| 12 September 2023 | Shipment for EVOLV Terra electric scooters have an estimated delivery date to arrive at Port of Vancouver in November 2023. |
| 25 September 2023 | The shipment is still awaiting departure from home port. The next notification will be when the shipment has left port and is making its way to Port of Vancouver. |
| 23 October 2023 | The shipment has left its home port. It is now making its way to Vancouver. We will notify everyone when it arrives at port. |
| 2 November 2023 | Shipment is on track to the Port of Vancouver. Expected to arrive in port first half of November 2023. We'll notify everyone when it arrives in port. |
| 9 November 2023 | Shipment has arrived to Port of Vancouver. It will undergo customs examination. The next notification will be when the shipment is released and on its way to our warehouse. It will then be inspected before order fulfillment. |
| 14 November 2023 | Shipment has successfully completed customs inspection! It will be released and transported to our warehouse by 17 November 2023. Every electric scooter will be inspected by our servicing team before we contact customers for store pick-up or update tracking numbers. |
