For customers who have already purchased INOKIM electric scooters from us, we will continue to honor the 12-month warranty provided. In case of repairs or service parts required, please note that we may no longer be able to restock some parts after they are sold out. We will however, do our best to continue to service your INOKIM electric scooter, but some parts may need to be specially ordered directly from INOKIM in the USA.
