| 1 March 2023 | Shipment will arrive at Port of Vancouver in May 2023. It will then wait to be unloaded and undergo customs examination. The next email will be when the shipment leaves home port. |
| 2 May 2023 | Shipment is preparing to leave home port week of 2 May 2023 and begin its journey across the sea. Once it arrives at Port of Vancouver, it will be undergo customs examination. |
| 3 May 2023 | Shipment has left home port and is on its way to Port of Vancouver! This typically takes 4 - 6 weeks. After docking at port, it will be unloaded to undergo customs examination. |
| 18 May 2023 | Our last checks show the shipment is still on its way to Port of Vancouver. The estimated date of arrival is 5 June 2023. After docking at port, it will be inspected by the customs team then transported to our warehouse. |
| 5 June 2023 | Shipment has arrived at Port of Vancouver! It will be unloaded to undergo customs examination. This usually takes 10 - 15 business days. Once it completes the examination, it will be transported to our warehouse where we'll do a final inspection before fulfilling orders. |
