| 29 March 2023 | Terra shipment has an estimated delivery time of 6 - 8 weeks. The next update will be when the shipment leaves home port and begins its journey to the Port of Vancouver!Shipment for Terra electric scooters have an estimated delivery date to arrive at Port of Vancouver May 2023. |
| 27 April 2023 | The Terra shipment is on its way across the sea and is estimated to arrive at Port of Vancouver the week of 15 May 2023. |
| 17 May 2023 | The Terra shipment arrived at Port of Vancouver on 15 May 2023. Currently, it is undergoing customs examination. Once it completes the examination, it will be transported to our warehouse where we'll do a final inspection before fulfilling orders. |
| 24 May 2023 | Terra shipment has successfully finished customs examination and will arrive at our warehouse this week of 27 May 2023. Our servicing team will do a final inspection before fulfilling orders. |
